1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how YTCreator handles subscription cancellations and refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Android app. Android subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play.
2. Subscription Plans
YTCreator currently offers the following plans:
- Free Plan – No payment required. Access to basic features.
- Pro Monthly – Billed monthly. Access to Pro features.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If you subscribed through Google Play, you can manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store subscription settings.
- Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No further renewal charges will be made after a Google Play cancellation takes effect.
Deleting your YTCreator account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. Use Google Play for subscription cancellation, and contact girlsmilewith.kanojia@gmail.com if you need help with account deletion or a refund-related support request.
4. Refund Policy
- Cancellation alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
- Refunds are considered only in limited support cases and may be subject to Google Play's billing and refund processes where applicable.
- If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, subject to the applicable billing provider.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
5. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Accidental or duplicate payment for the same subscription.
- You were charged after your Google Play cancellation should have taken effect.
- Your refund request is being handled through Google Play's billing or refund process where applicable.
- The App was completely non-functional due to a technical issue on our end for a sustained period.
- An unauthorised transaction was reported within 7 days of the charge.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You cancel your subscription but keep access until the end of the paid billing period.
- You did not use the Pro features during the subscription period.
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the payment date.
- Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

8. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to girlsmilewith.kanojia@gmail.com with:
• Subject: Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]
• Your registered email address
• Date of payment
• Payment amount
• Reason for refund request
We will review support requests within 2 business days. Where Google Play's billing or refund process applies, the final refund outcome and timing may depend on Google Play.
9. Payment Processor
For the Android app, subscription payments are processed by Google Play. We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, card issuers, Google Play, or payment networks after a refund has been initiated through the applicable billing provider.
